What to bring to closing
A short checklist so closing day goes smoothly. We will confirm anything specific to your file.
Buyers
- Government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) for everyone signing
- Funds due at closing by wire or certified check — call us to verify instructions first
- Proof of homeowner's insurance (usually arranged with your lender)
- Any documents your lender asked you to bring
Sellers
- Government-issued photo ID for everyone on the deed
- House keys, garage remotes, mailbox and gate keys
- Your mortgage lender's contact details and loan number for the payoff
- Your forwarding address and how you would like to receive your proceeds
