Virginia allows documents to be notarized remotely by video, so you can complete your closing from home, work or out of state. We schedule a secure video session, verify your identity, and guide you through every document.

Remote closings are available anytime, anywhere in the state of Virginia. Some lenders have their own requirements — we will confirm with yours when we open your file.
